Parkside Crossing offers thoughtfully designed 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom apartment homes in Austin, TX, ranging from 647 to 1,209 sq ft, with spacious closets, breakfast bars, and full-size washer and dryers.

Select apartment homes include private yards, offering added outdoor space within our Austin community.

Applicants must provide income verification such as pay stubs, offer letters, tax returns, or bank statements, which are verified through NOVA.

To qualify for our apartments, applicants must earn at least 2.5 times the monthly rent.

Subleasing is not permitted at this apartment community.

Renter’s insurance is required for all residents at Parkside Crossing.

Lease renewals can be completed quickly and easily through the resident portal.

We do not offer affordable housing options at Parkside Crossing.

Standard fees include a $50 application fee, $150 administrative fee, and a security deposit ranging from $750 to $1,750.

Move-in assistance services are not currently offered.

Early lease termination is subject to a $1,750 fee.

A 60-day written notice is required prior to move-out.

Residents must submit notice, vacate by the lease end date, and return the apartment home in clean condition.

Security deposit refunds are processed within 30 days after move-out.

Security deposits range from $750 to $1,750 and are due at move-in.

Utilities are not included in rent. 

Residents can choose from Spectrum, Verizon, or Google Fiber for high-speed internet service.

Rent payments can be made easily online through the resident portal.

A monthly pest control fee of $6 applies.

On-site parking is available, with covered parking options offered for $35 per month.

Overnight guests may stay up to two days per week and must register their vehicle in designated visitor parking.

EV charging stations are not currently available. 

Parkside Crossing is a pet-friendly apartment community in Austin, welcoming you and your furry companions.

A pet deposit and monthly pet rent are required for pet-friendly apartments in Austin.

Breed restrictions apply; please contact the leasing office for full pet policy details.

Enjoy pet-friendly amenities including a private dog park and on-site pet spa.

Community amenities include a resort-style pool, fitness center, business center, sand volleyball court, playground, and outdoor grilling areas.

Each apartment home includes a full-size washer and dryer for added convenience.

Bike storage is not currently available at the community.

High-speed internet access is available throughout the community.

Packages are delivered directly to your apartment home for convenience.

Virtual tours are available to explore our apartments in Austin, TX from anywhere.

Furnished apartments are not available at this time.

Parkside Crossing is conveniently located near IH-35, Loop 1, and the 45 Toll Road for easy access around Austin.

Nearby attractions include The Domain and La Frontera, offering top shopping and dining in Austin, TX.

The community is served by Round Rock ISD, including Joe Lee Johnson Elementary, Deer Park Middle School, and McNeil High School.

Residents can enjoy 1–2 community events each month, creating a connected living experience.

Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Noise concerns can be reported directly to the leasing office for prompt assistance.

Parkside Crossing is a non-smoking apartment community.

Maintenance requests can be submitted easily through the resident portal.

Most maintenance requests are addressed within 24 hours for timely service.

Residents enjoy a well-rounded amenity package at this apartment community, including a resort-style pool with BBQ areas and Wi-Fi, fitness center, sand volleyball court, and a resident clubhouse with business center and fireplace. Additional features include a pet park with wash station, playground, gated access, and convenient proximity to top shopping destinations like The Domain and Round Rock Outlets.
